Bright straw yellow in color. The nose reveals white-fleshed fruit notes such as apple and pear, enhanced by delicate floral hints of broom. On the palate, it is structured and broad, leaving a pleasant mineral touch that lingers after each sip.
Excellent as an aperitif with shellfish and Apulian vegetable crudités, perfect also with simply cooked fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
